Tour Summary
Duration: 9 Nights / 10 Days
The Wellness Retreat is a dedicated Ayurvedic holiday based in the peaceful coastal surroundings of Beruwala. Rather than following a busy sightseeing schedule, the programme centres on rest, personalised wellness and traditional Sri Lankan Ayurvedic practices. A qualified practitioner evaluates your needs and recommends a structured course that may include herbal therapies, oil treatments, massage, dietary guidance and gentle movement. Nutritious meals and optional local excursions complement the daily programme. This retreat is best suited to travellers who want to slow down and prioritise wellbeing in a supportive environment, rather than combine intensive treatment with frequent travel between destinations.
