A Glimpse of Your Journey
Itinerary
Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to Negombo. Rest after your flight or enjoy a gentle introduction to Sri Lanka through its beach, lagoon and seafood culture.
Travel to the Kalpitiya Peninsula, known for lagoons, open beaches and seasonal dolphin sightings. Try kite surfing with an instructor, join a dolphin-watching excursion or enjoy the area’s peaceful surroundings.
Continue north to historic Mannar, once connected to the island’s pearl-trading history. Explore Mannar Fort, see centuries-old baobab trees and experience the region’s distinctive coastal landscape.
Discover the culture, cuisine and religious traditions of Sri Lanka’s Northern Province. Visit colourful temples, Casuarina Beach, Keerimalai Springs and selected landmarks within Jaffna city and its surrounding peninsula.
Travel east to Trincomalee and explore one of the island’s most scenic natural harbours. Visit Koneswaram Temple, snorkel around Pigeon Island and enjoy leisure time along the eastern coastline.
Continue south to Arugam Bay for two days of surf, relaxation and coastal discovery. Lessons can be arranged for beginners, while non-surfers can enjoy cafés, lagoons and nearby beaches.
Travel inland to Yala and join a guided afternoon safari. Look for leopards, elephants, crocodiles and birdlife across a dramatic landscape where dry-zone forest meets the coast.
Journey west to Galle and explore the UNESCO-listed Dutch Fort. Walk its ramparts at sunset and discover historic streets filled with galleries, restaurants, shops and colonial architecture.
Complete your island journey in Colombo. Explore local markets, cultural landmarks, shopping areas and contemporary dining before enjoying your final evening in Sri Lanka.
After breakfast, transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport. Depart after a comprehensive coastal journey spanning several of Sri Lanka’s most distinctive regions.
