Itinerary
Arrive in Sri Lanka and transfer to Negombo for rest and coastal relaxation. Meet your guide and prepare for the journey into the central mountains.
Travel to Kandy and visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. Stop at a viewpoint overlooking the city and enjoy the atmosphere around Kandy Lake.
Climb the distinctive Ambuluwawa Tower for panoramic views across the hills, subject to weather and comfort. Later, explore the plant collections and avenues of Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens.
Take the scenic railway journey to Nanu Oya and continue to Nuwara Eliya. Visit a tea factory and discover how tea cultivation shaped the region’s history and landscape.
Visit Hakgala Botanical Gardens and enjoy its cool-climate setting. Continue to Ambewela Farm to experience open pastureland, agricultural production and mountain scenery.
Board the train for the celebrated journey from Nanu Oya to Ella. After arrival, visit Nine Arches Bridge and spend time exploring the relaxed mountain town.
Begin early for a hike to Mini Adam’s Peak and enjoy broad views across the highlands. Later, visit Ravana Falls and selected viewpoints around Ella Gap.
Descend to the coast and explore Galle Fort, including its ramparts and historic streets. Continue to Colombo for your final overnight stay.
Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport after breakfast. Depart after a journey linking Sri Lanka’s hill country, tea landscapes and southern heritage.
